Leadership Team

Kaitlyn Palividas is Manager for Bedrock Petroleum Consultants, overseeing the recruitment and account management teams. She joined NES Fircroft in January of 2017 as a graduate recruiter and has held various roles in both recruitment and account management in the Houston and Midland offices. She moved to the Bedrock team in 2018 following the NES Fircroft acquisition. Kaitlyn is a proud graduate of the University of Houston, serving on several alumni advisory boards and currently the Co-President of the UH Young Alumni Association. In her free team, Kaitlyn and her husband enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, volunteering and cheering on the Astros and UH Cougars.
