Payroll and Invoicing Manager
Joy Blackwell is the Payroll and Invoicing Manager for Bedrock Petroleum Consultants LLC, a position she assumed in April 2020. Joy has 30 years of experience in payroll, payroll accounting, payroll tax and HR/benefits. Joy is a member of the American Payroll Association and the Greater Houston’s Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Joy has 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters ages 4, 2, and 7 months. Joy enjoys traveling, volunteering, and pageantry.
