Workflow Coordinator

Overview

The Workflow Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the implementation of Foundations Program standards and workflows across all Unconventional Business Units. This role will also lead the execution of select workflows that require close coordination with teams based on the Houston campus. Additional duties include compiling monthly reports, managing overall program scope through creation and upkeep of a master site list, providing ongoing support to Site Coordinators, and leading the mobilization of new Site Coordinators as the program grows. The position is based in Spring, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Workflows

• Partner with Lean teams, internal stakeholders, and third‑party contractors to define workflows for all Foundations Program deliverables.
• Maintain workflows and integrate periodic feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Site Coordinators regarding workflow training and support.
• Oversee execution of the tag alignment workflow, coordinating with Site Coordinators and ensuring consistent tag assignment across systems and deliverables.
• Establish and perform quality checks to confirm all systems are fully populated with outputs from Foundations Program workflows.

Standards

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third‑party contractors to create standards for all Foundations Program deliverables.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment through Standards Decision Records documenting initial standards and subsequent revisions.
• Maintain standards and incorporate feedback to support ongoing optimization.
• Act as the main contact for Site Coordinators regarding standards training and support.

Reporting

• Collect inputs from Site Coordinators and compile monthly cost, schedule, and progress reports.

Program Scope Management

• Develop and maintain a master facility and deliverable list as the source of truth for overall program scope.
• Update scope as sites are added, divested, or decommissioned.

Site Coordinator Support

• Serve as the primary contact for workflow and standards support for Site Coordinators.
• Lead mobilization and training of new Site Coordinators across all Unconventional assets to help accelerate program implementation.
