Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Receiving & Picking Associate Job Summary Support daily warehouse operations by unloading and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying products and quantities, labeling and staging materials, entering receiving information into the warehouse system, and reporting any damaged or incorrect items.

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect incoming shipments.
• Verify products and quantities against shipment documentation.
• Label and stage materials for storage or distribution.
• Enter receiving information into the warehouse system.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Pick materials and products as required.
• Use basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Follow PPE and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and inventory teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive warehouse tasks safely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
