Position Overview
Potential for Temp to Direct Hire.
Reporting to the Facilities Engineering Manager, assisting the team with administrative and technical activities associated with the planning, evaluation, execution, tracking, expediting, and reporting requirements for projects and company initiatives.
Position will be required to work with managers, engineers, and construction personnel to help in the preparation of approval documents, support estimating, setup AFEs, route invoices, prepare supplement documentation, track purchase orders, support accruals, and coordinate team reporting requirements.
Build great relationships with the Yard Managers. Key Duties & Responsibilities
This role will require travel from Midland to Pecos and Garden City per week. The candidate must have a vehicle available and a valid driver's license and can submit mileage claims weekly as per the current IRS rate.
This is Temp to Perm position, possibly after 7 months. Critical Success Factors & Minimum Requirements

Position will be required to work with managers, engineers, and construction personnel to help in the preparation of approval documents, support estimating, setup AFEs, route invoices, prepare supplement documentation, track purchase orders, support accruals, and coordinate team reporting requirements.
Build great relationships with the Yard Managers. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support AFE preparation, entry, approval tracking, and supplement requirements.
- Assist with the evaluation of cost reports to establish unit pricing needed to prepare future project estimates and budget forecasts.
- Coordination of accrual updates with input from engineers, construction, cost control and planning personnel.
- Assist with schedule updates using input from engineers and construction personnel.
- Assist with Design Basis Memorandum (DBM) and Project Execution Plan (PEP) preparations / revisions.
- Work with engineers and supply chain personnel to ensure construction personnel have the required Purchase Orders (PO) to track deliveries.
- Assist with document management to ensure critical project construction and close-out information is stored and accessible to engineers, construction members and operations.
- Assist with review and entry of construction daily reports to track progress, manhours and cost related Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Maintain construction and project workload schedules for the group.
- Review invoices, update AFE/GL coding and route for approval.

- Associates Bachelor’s degree in applicable technical field.
- 8 years of industry related technical support experience required.
- Must be proficient in computer skills including MS TEAMS, Excel, Word, Outlook, Ariba, SAP, Spotfire, and DataNow, Site view. Power BI
- Excellent written and verbal communication and grammar skills.
