Key Accountabilities
  • Provides regulatory planning, permitting and compliance support.
  • Provides administrative, data management, permitting, and regulatory compliance support for upstream oil and gas operations under established procedures and workflows.
  • Participates in team project execution to ensure that all tasks related to environmental review/permitting at the local, state and federal levels are integrated into current project planning efforts, implemented, secured and in compliance.
  • Prepares, enters, submits, and tracks routine regulatory filings, notifications, and reports required by federal, state, tribal, and local agencies, under direction of regulatory staff.
  • Maintains regulatory tracking tools, databases, and document repositories to ensure accurate, complete, and audit-ready records.
  • Ensures compliance with internal environmental and regulatory procedures (compliance assurance, operations excellence).
  • Coordinates the collection of and analyzing regulatory metrics.
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
    • Typically 3 years of experience
    • Experience supporting oil and gas regulatory, permitting, reporting, or compliance activities.
• Makes decisions within broad parameters.
• Acts as an informal resource for others with less experience.
