Production Technician Overview:
The Production Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role involves troubleshooting issues, diagnosing equipment failures, and performing timely repairs. The technician will collaborate with production teams to meet quality and output targets, requiring both technical expertise and strong teamwork.

This role involves troubleshooting issues, diagnosing equipment failures, and performing timely repairs. The technician will collaborate with production teams to meet quality and output targets, requiring both technical expertise and strong teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Support production goals by ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency
- Work independently and collaboratively to solve technical problems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Associate’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field required
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Experience as a Pumper or Production Technician is highly desirable
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
