JOB DESCRIPTION: The Organizational Change Management Consultant will assist Company in integrating Equatorial Guinea business unit. The role involves implementing change management strategies for technology, business processes, and functions. The primary focus is on changes related to people, including systems and technology adjustments. The analyst will collaborate with teams in Equatorial Guinea and Houston to execute plans that communicate changes, develop and plan training, drive adoption, reduce resistance, and evolve culture across initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
· Propose Change Management Plans, to include training, communication, stakeholder analysis for large scale information technology integration efforts
· Lead and implement training plans while enabling others in different locations to assist when necessary
· Support leadership and inclusive alignment and organization readiness, communication, and engagement to enable our digital and data strategy and enterprise digital roadmap.
· Contribute to the development of strategies and execution plans to achieve our organizational goals.
· Partner across the business units, functions, and IT capabilities to build engagement, monitor and drive alignment, enable tangible outcomes, and increase speed of adoption.
· Develop positive relationships with leadership to ensure programs and communications remain aligned with business priorities and outcomes.
· Identify the areas of highest anticipated resistance, including addressing potential cultural and language barriers. Develop mechanisms to reduce resistance, mitigate uncertainty and evolve culture to foster a positive acceptance of change within the organization.
· Develop communication plans to build stakeholder awareness and buy-in, emphasizing “what’s in it for me” for key personas. Position Comments Estimated Budget

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in Change Management and Human-Centered Design and experience supporting large scale business transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree required; Business, Computer Science, Human Centered Design, Organizational Behavior, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience facilitating and supporting workshops at all levels of the organization
- Minimum of 5+ years business transformation experience
- 5+ years oil and gas industry experience
- Digital literacy
- Spanish Language Proficiency
- Experience practicing Agile ways of working
- Certification in Change Management ([URL]., PROSCI, ACMP) is desirable
- Proven experience in supporting change management efforts across complex matrix-based organizations and coordinating multiple change efforts
- Ability to think strategically and align change management efforts with broader organizational goals and objectives
- Ability to assist senior leaders and executives on the role of change sponsor, challenging ideas, and norms with thoughtful arguments
- Ability to provide direct support, facilitation and coaching to managers and supervisors as they guide their staff through transitions
- Ability to actively listen and learn from stakeholders, offering perspectives and insights into the art of the possible, and influencing stakeholders
- Experience building positive relationships based on trust and achieving results through strong interpersonal skills that help drive, inspire, and influence collaboration
- Demonstrated high levels of initiative and self-motivation
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations, manage multiple priorities, activities, and stakeholders to meet diverse and sometimes conflicting deadlines
