Role Summary The Mechanical Assembler will perform assembly, testing, and inspection of mechanical and electronic components in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to meet production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components in accordance with Bill of Materials (BOM) and work instructions
  • Perform functional testing of mechanical assemblies to ensure product performance
  • Conduct test assembly per customer specifications and engineering requirements
  • Operate and monitor test equipment in alignment with engineering standards
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain assembly tools and equipment
  • Inspect and verify product quality to meet Baker Hughes standards
  • Package and prepare finished goods for shipment and distribution
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical comprehension
  • Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, procedures, and drawings
  • Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Sensor Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Electrical industries
  • Familiarity with:
    • SAP
    • SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM)
    • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

  • Maintain productivity of approximately 40 units per hour
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Meet daily production targets while minimizing errors
