Inventory Coordinator

Purpose:
This position will support the day-to-day yard operations at the field office and warehouse with the goal of efficiently receiving, handling, and dispensing materials in support of the field operations. The coordinator will accomplish this by assisting with the inventory; loading, unloading, and stocking as needed; conducting equipment inspections and repairs, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support employees and contractors who are responsible for equipment maintenance, equipment movement and truck loading.
  • Ensure the yard/warehouse is organized and clean.
  • Receive equipment deliveries and inspect for inaccuracy/damage.
  • Prepare equipment for stock or issuance to stakeholders.
  • Assist the Procurement Team with inventory control tasks.
  • Use computer to track orders, issuances, and receipts.
  • Use computer to submit notifications and complete work orders in SAP.
  • May repair equipment, rebuild valves and load and unload trucks.

  • Multi-tasking with ability to self-prioritize tasks
  • Effectively work with stakeholders and vendors, keeping a customer-service attitude
  • Use and understand Company’s ERP System SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other Reporting/Inventory tracking tools as assigned
  • Identify, Learn the function of, and maintain various types of oilfield equipment

Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum – Possession of a valid Driver’s License
  • Minimum – HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum – 2 – 5 years oilfield related experience
  • Preferred – Current OSHA Compliant Forklift Certification
  • Preferred – College Degree
