Overview
The IC&E Coordinator will be responsible to execute the overall workflow and lead all aspects of work in Bakken, Eastern, Central and Denbury to create Cause and Effects, Single Line Drawings, Powerline Mapping and Power Relay Setting documentation.  Also, in the Permian Basin this role will serve as the program controller (progress tracking, program reporting) and only pickup other responsibilities as aligned with the existing Permian IC&E teams executing these programs. 
Specific responsibilities of the role include cost tracking and reporting, schedule coordination, review of deliverables to ensure standards are met, contractor scheduling and operations interface management. 
The IC&E Coordinator will be the primary contact with asset automation and electrical teams to coordinate work.  This role will be located in Spring, TX 


Key Responsibilities
Workflow Oversight
  • Oversee entire workflow to ensure successful completion of deliverables
  • Engage with other parties – operations, automation teams, electricians, Quest, engineering contractors, asset teams – as needed to progress the workflow, troubleshoot issues and resolve tension points
Cost, Schedule and Progress Tracking
  • Provide monthly cost updates and outlooks, including site unit cost analysis
  • Provide monthly schedule updates and outlooks
  • Provide monthly progress reports, including site and deliverable status
Schedule Coordination with Overall Project
  • Maintain progress ahead of mechanical workflow to ensure Cause and Effects are available. 
  • Follow mechanical workflow to establish Single Line Drawings and Powerline Mapping (if required)
Conditions of Satisfaction Approval
  • Review and approve Conditions of Satisfaction (CoS) before allowing workflow progression, ensuring drawing and work product standards are met
  • Engage teams to correct deviations and learn from issues identified through CoS reviews
Site Pack Development
  • Compile all information required to support deliverable creation prior to workflow initiation
Contractor Oversight
  • Facilitate contractor access to sites, including coordination with Operations for permitting
  • Direct contractor activities including site list and schedule
  • Oversee deliverable quality
  • Steward and approve contractor costs
Engineering and Operations Interface
  • Establish relationships with asset engineering and operations teams
  • Maintain contact to understand issues, requests or tension points – resolve as appropriate
  • Ensure Management of Change (OIMS 7.1) and Documentation Management (OIMS 4.1) fully integrate Foundations deliverables once complete
