- Manage all functions of the Civil Works Team: Including Civil Works, ensuring service and support for the Asset and Project, including Planning and Execution
- Manage Planning and Scheduling, short-term and long-term planning, and all Operations Management daily activities, such as financial responsibility, vendor performance, KPI’s, procurement, contract requirements, purchase orders, invoicing, and service entry sheets
- Management of Civil Works activities including well pad set up, winter services, erosion and sedimentation repairs during activities aligned with the integrated scheduling asset plan, ensuring the availability of resources and services for operation continuity
- Responsible for road inspections and working closely with regulators and contractors on required repairs
- Responsible to maintain healthy working relationships with peer operators, local/state/federal regulators, land owners, and other teams/BU’s
- Responsible to provide support to Facilities, Production Operations, Drilling, Completions, Maintenance, Projects, and any other relevant stakeholder performing an activity in the asset and Project
- Responsible for overseeing contractors constructing well pads, cellars, and conductors
- Any other reasonable activity required by management
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of O&G industry experience
- Experience related to role, strong communication skills and ability to work in fast paced environment
- Civil background, including road repairs and maintenance, well pad/road construction, E&S
- Leadership characteristics consistent with Repsol’s Culture, successfully leading and managing large cross functional teams
