Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage workover schedule for up to 50 active operations with input from field and engineering teams; primary point of contact for scheduling tool input and communication
  • Interprets work and task dependency, complexity, and continuity relationships when scheduling resources
  • Validates work is aligned with proper executing department and redirects misaligned work back to the respective schedule as required
  • Participates in daily scheduling meetings for efficiency
  • Schedules and coordinates maintenance work as it relates to pre and post workover
  • Participates in follow-up reviews to identify work scheduling improvement opportunities
  • Generates reports as needed for analysis to support maintenance and operations
  • Learn and assist in developing scheduling key performance indicators
  • Learn to update key performance indicators for third party vendors
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, including special projects
Qualification:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification required. College vocational degree in a maintenance-related program preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in a technical role, 1-year scheduling/coordinating experience, or 1-year previous experience in EAM/CMMS software systems such as Oracle or SAP preferred
  • Preferably has background in O&G Production, Well Servicing equipment and understands common Workover practices for both surface and sub-surface operations
  • Has the ability to read wellbore diagrams, schematics and technical literature, and the ability to present information and respond to questions
  • Well-developed computer skills (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Requires strong organizational skills, is assertive, and able to set priorities and plan personal schedule to accomplish required workload
  • Interacts well with others, communicates well with all personnel; has good written and verbal skills
