The successful candidate will provide direct technical administrative support to engineering and operations within the drilling and completions organization. The position requires a high energy individual who is self-motivated, works independently as well as in teams, and has demonstrated the ability to multi-task and use independent judgment within the scope of his/her responsibility. The individual should be able to discreetly and routinely handle confidential information and establish a positive and professional working relationship with and communicate among team members, customers, and other staff members. No business travel is required.
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a Wells function (WellView preferred)
• Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Must be in proficient in excel and able to analyze data, create pivot tables and charts
• Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise, and effective manner, orally, and in writing; listens and takes directions quickly
• Strong organization skills and attention to details are crucial.
• Ensure quality results when proofing documents so they are error-free and returned to the customers within the timeframe requested.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Takes initiative and is a team player.
• Good interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • WellView Champion.
  • Build jobs in WellView.
  • Work with engineers to ensure all data is accurate.
  • Run end of job audits and work with field to have all failures corrected.
  • Technical support for engineering subject matter experts supporting drilling rigs and frac sites.
  • Able to represent data in graphical formats and provide analytical summaries based on data.
  • Technical support for the field; WellView, mailbox / Teams access and other request.
  • Technical paper editing/proofing and formatting for Technical Standards, and other publications as needed.
  • Administrative support while maintaining a high level of confidentiality surrounding any sensitive information/data and supporting other team members, as required.
  • Drafts, formats, and revises technical documents and proofreads them to assure accuracy and coherency.
  • Generates reports, presentations, and other communications, as required.
  • Adhere to organizational Technical Assistant structure in support of one team approach - includes utilizing team tracking tools, attend all team meetings and participating in work generated through support mailbox.
  • Assists with other duties and special projects, as assigned by manager and other team members.
  • Provide support and at times attend Operations Managers Meeting in Midland, Engineering F2F and various workshops as needed.
  • Effectively work with other internal support groups to provide superior support.
  • Serves as a back up to other administrative support in the Wells Function.
  • Stewart for various Wells distribution list and shared email groups.
  • Actively participates in the Networking Team and provide updates to the Wells team as needed
