Description:
The Standard Operating Procedure Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and ensuring accuracy for all Standard Operating Procedures for existing GoM
facilities as well as new builds and brownfield projects.
The individual will ensure all procedures comply with company and government regulations. This individual is responsible for validating the accuracy of operating
procedures against P&IDs, vendor data, design philosophies, field data, etc. and thus have the ability to read and interpret various documentation and drawings.
The Procedure Coordinator will update procedures as a result of Management of Change process as well. This individual will also be required to develop and maintains
KPIs to drive continuous improvement for the operating procedures. Strong communication skills are required as the role involves working closely with offshore personnel,
subject matter experts, and engineers.
This individual needs to be highly proficient in MS Office applications, have advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments, and have the
ability to work independently as well as interface successfully as part of a team.
An engineering background and GoM offshore operations experience are highly preferred
