The Services Company General Accounting Team is responsible for supporting the business by
ensuring accurate and timely recording of the timesheets, and intercompany income/expenses for the
North American region. The team is currently looking to fill this position to manage the Intercompany
Time Sheet activities and perform account analysis/research and manage ad-hoc projects related to
timesheets and intercompany invoicing as needed.

Functions and Responsibilities:
• Assist end-users on SAP queries related to timesheets and service orders.
• Responsible for monthly maintenance of the time writing system.
• Assist departments with timesheet templates, including monthly uploads and annual updates of
template.
• Create and record manual invoices.
• Run timesheet, admin/allocation, payroll, supplidos and travel postings monthly to generate
intercompany invoices.
• Prepare cost center actual reports for department requests.
• Distribute monthly Service intercompany invoices to trading partners.
• Provide backup assistance for various Intercompany accounting functions including
reconciliations, AR aging analysis, invoice coding and accruals.
• Monitor the setup of Service Agreements between RSC and other entities as well as management
of the agreements and understanding of the impacts to intercompany billings.
• Manage the year end tariff revaluation posting process.
• Prepare and distribute monthly timesheet allocation summary reports.
• Support internal control compliance by assisting with the documentation and evaluation of
processes and controls.
• Perform account analysis, research and ad-hoc projects as required.
• Liaise with other teams including other CFO Departments, Asset Cost Controllers and Planning &
Performance Management Teams.
• Record month-end intercompany and G&A accruals and perform analysis of the impacts to the
monthly financials.

Requirements:
• The legal authorization to work in the US for any US employer.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 15+ years of relevant work experience.
• Expert working knowledge of SAP required including understanding of the FICO and MM modules
and SAP close processes including settlements, cycles and cutback.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge including experience working with data mining, complex
formulas and pivot tables is required.
• Accounting experience within the energy sector preferred
