Manages the system, integration and user testing for the applications, and coordinates remediation activities.
With limited supervision, the testing lead is responsible to serve as a liaison between
digital core program and business unit to assist in the definition, documentation, planning, execution, and testing of SAP 4HANA. The project manager maintains and enhances existing business systems to the future workflows deployed by SAP 4HANA.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
• Prepares, executes, and maintains test plans and test scripts.
• Facilitates user acceptance testing.
• Works with IT and business clients to define the scope and objectives for all assigned projects.
• Performs analysis of complex functional and business requirements.
• Leads in cross-functional team collaboration, utilizing standardized documentation techniques.
• Works to understand business function needs and develop business acumen over time.
• Works with functional resources to develop and document formal business requirements.
• Leads problem-solving sessions
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Manages projects and ensures they are completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains project status and reporting for project deliverables.
• Utilizes requirements traceability matrix to demonstrate business requirements are delivered.
• Demonstrates ability to understand and prioritize work tasks.
• Demonstrates ability to work a flexible schedule as required by business needs.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal supervision on directed projects and tasks.
• Demonstrates ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic user needs.
• Demonstrates ability to change priorities easily and remain flexible to the needs of the company.

Scope of Work:
Development of testing scripts Level 3:
- Test Designer/Engineer with 5-7 years years’ experience
- Develops automated solutions to expedite test
- Creates and maintain performance test scenarios
- Executes scripts for automated regression or performance test
- Develops automated solutions to expedite test
- Keeps the PTL aware of challenges or costs that could impact the delivery of test automation
- Creates and maintain test cases, define data, and review test scripts prepared by test analysts
- Verifies the validity of a solution from an end-to-end and end-user perspective
- Works with management team to identify risks related to requirements that may contain ambiguous statements
- Has the ability to transform customer requirements into a workable test scenarios at the functional and/or technical levels
- Has the ability to translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant to the package application to coordinate and assist with the detailed technical design tasks
- Records defects and issues in accordance with the project's defect and issue management plans
