Job Description - Project Implementation Manager

Job Description
Company is seeking a implementation manager to join our team. They will be an integral part of customer’s team and will be working with, construction, inspection, and quality team. The role combines technical responsibilities with project management, training, and support.
Experience:
  • Should have 1-3 years of experience working on construction (pipeline) sites or in the field.
  • A background with working pipeline construction projects or working with the company in Oil and gas.
  • Any Previous work experience working on the pipeline Survey.
  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
  • Travelling to international project location

Job Requirement:
  • Should be bilingual – English & Spanish
  • Should have good MS office skills (excel, word, power point etc.)
  • Should have valid passport.
  • Willing to travel for more than 30 to 60 days out of country.

Key tasks of the job include:
This full-time, project-based position ensures accurate record formatting and input for traceability purposes, maintains a high level of quality product install in the oil and gas industry
  • Learning the Pipetrak IT software
  • Training the client field team on the software
  • Project support
  • The deployment includes working on the pipeline project sites
  • Barcode labeling and tagging of materials
  • Managing barcoding system for materials and construction management
  • Coordinating with different teams for software implementation
  • Monitor Verify data entry to guarantee accuracy, quality assurance
  • Prolonged standing, walking, sitting, climbing and bending
  • Resolve reconciles correct inaccurate entries
  • Training different user group on software usage
  • Handling review meetings and providing project status to customer
  • Quality control and document management
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solving, scheduling, documentation skills, equipment maintenance, client relationships, supply management, technical understanding, customer focus, thoroughness, and job knowledge.
  • In-field (onsite) assistance to users for field data collection
  • Providing on-site and on-line support to user group
  • Should be flexible enough for traveling
  • Should have the ability to prioritize work.
  • Should have good interpersonal skills.
  • Should have a valid passport
  • Valid driver’s license
