- Support project managers on development of projects from initiation through close, which includes document generation, scope development, schedule development, budget documentation, and project planning.
- Assist in developing project deliverables.
- Organize and maintain project documentation including project documents, reports, permits, and others as needed.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure proper coordination and project alignment.
- Coordinate with team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning, budgeting, and execution support.
- Help project managers monitor project progress, action tracking, task performance and provide updates.
- Schedule meetings, document and generate notes and reports as required.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Make occasional field trips.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Competent in SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in work planning, coordinating, or administration
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the capacity to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
