If you are selected as the Move Coordinator, you will be coordinating and monitoring move activities with multiple service providers, move coordinators, conducting pre and post move walkthroughs, while delivering the highest level of customer service.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Professionally represent Company’s Real Estate & Facilities Services (REFS) organization both externally and within Company.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Developing and promoting standard operating procedures
• Has strong organization and communication skills
• Process move and new hire requests to include ordering equipment in a timely manner
• Monitors the move queue daily to ensure the queue is always up to date
• Ensures move schedule goes out to all service providers daily by noon
• Communicating with service providers, move coordinators and strategy team
• Conducts pre-move and post-move walkthroughs
• Coordinates, schedules, and follows up on movers’ daily activities
• Ability to resolve conflicts as they occur
• Ability to work after hours and weekends
Basic/Required:
• Valid driver's license
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams
• Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform/align with the following: Lifting and/or carrying objects weighing more than 50 lbs., good mobility and manual dexterity, climb stairs, working on feet for long periods of time, approx. 60% - 70% of workday, read and interpret safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOP’s), work flexible hours and overtime as needed
