Job Duties:
• Creation of Midstream balance networks within  FLOWCAL system. The first priority for these setups is Midstream assets – both gas and oil gathering - including those in the Delaware and Rockies business units. (May need to evaluate water gathering as well.)
• Subsequent balance network setup priority will be a select sub-set of pad level balances for review by The Team. After review by The Team, additional pad level balance set ups may be required.
• Develop (Spotfire?) tool for viewing balance trends (Midstream and pad level).
• Develop (Spotfire?) tool for making water edits to oil production meters, creating an audit record of edits, and loading edited data back to FLOWCAL as an appropriately noted revision (username and edit reason included).
• Develop a recommendation for a sustainable process of importing third party data into FLOWCAL system. If approved, stand up recommended process and build third party meters on which data will be loaded.
• Collaborate with The Team to develop a plan for archiving unused meter data in FLOWCAL. If approved, execute plan for archiving unused meter data in FLOWCAL system.
• Evaluation of GME Cygnet FMS data and build fiscal meters into FLOWCAL.
o Review any existing measurement data to ensure all required data fields are available for Flow Cal import and recalculation.
o Review and ensure all gas quality data is properly relayed and sources are created in Flow Cal
o Gather all meter maintenance reports and evaluate if the reports can be imported into Test-it.
o Evaluate all meter numbers to ensure duplicates will not exist within existing Flow Cal database.
o Evaluate all existing meter functions and properly label each meter in preparation for data import into Flow Cal

Experience Requirements:
• Extensive FLOWCAL (version 10) and TESTIt 3 experience either as an analyst or App Support
• Spotfire development experience preferred
• M&A experience preferred
