The Maintenance Manager is responsible for driving safety culture, overseeing daily maintenance in field
and shop facilities, controlling budget and performing mild accounting.
Essential Functions
• Maintain safe and healthy working conditions and ensure that safe work procedures and practices are
followed.
• Collaborate with other departments including FRAC, Wireline, Cementing, Pressure control, Iron, and
Parts to handle equipment issues in field and shop.
• Organize major component changes.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, train maintenance personnel. Participate in hiring, termination and
disciplinary action of department personnel.
• Maintain budget approval, maintenance invoices, and submit capital expenses.
• Handle internal and equipment projects.
• Annual equipment inspections and upgrades.
• Establish priorities to minimize downtime and increase productivity.
Knowledge/Skill/Ability
•Maintains a high level of integrity and addresses issues with a level head and shows good leadership.
•Ability to identify root cause of problems and effectively initiate immediate corrective action to prevent
recurrence.
•Ability to plan, organize, communicate, and motivate employees. Must be able to prioritize own work
schedule.
•Must have excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical communication skills.
