Position Summary
Looking for an experienced dispatcher/logistics coordinator to join the Company's Tubing Program Team. The Logistics Optimization Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, dispatching, monitoring and managing third party trucking services for the Company's Tubing Program. The Logistics Optimization Coordinator is required to function in a fast-paced environment and is the front-line communicator that ensures all services are consistently scheduled and dispatched to safely meet operational demands.
This role will regularly liaise with Onshore Resources and Carbon Management (ORCM) teams, internal stakeholders and third-party service providers. A focus of this position will be driving operational efficiency and effectiveness with the IronSight platform.

Responsibilities include
  • Optimizing the end-to-end solution for tubing logistics
  • Logistics Management and Optimization – defining and implementing logistics efficiencies & day-to-day management of logistics tasks & communications
  • Work closely with the contract manager for trucking agreements to ensure alignment and review of pricing & pricing models for hauling tubulars within the contracts
  • Dispatching & Monitoring Truck movements
    • Tracking KPIs & Cost Performance against baseline
    • Optimizing loads – reducing trucks & emissions
    • Reducing wait times and delays – tracking NPT
  • Establish & Track Logistics KPIs & Reports
  • Responsible for Scope 1 Emissions Tracking and Reporting
  • IronSight Support & Onboarding of new users
  • Training the Logistics Admin to assist with dispatching resources for tubing movements
Skills and Experience
  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Field Logistics
  • Proficient problem solver in fast paced environment
  • Highly organized
  • Able to multi-task & keep track of several haul jobs
  • Willing to learn and enforce use of logistics scheduling/transportation management app
  • Strong influencer & communicator
  • Experience in OCTG and/or Tubing Inspection processes a plus
  • Fluent in English, Spanish a plus
