Responsibilities:
• Assist Land Professionals with generating check requests and coordinating the mailout of checks with related agreements.
• Assist Land Professionals by updating approved contract and well proposal templates for review and execution.
• Organize and maintain electronic documents for Land and Regulatory and upload to internal system (Well Drive).
• Research internal Land files utilizing Lagniappe system to identify relevant contracts for the task at hand.
• Update and maintain tracking documents for Land and Regulatory workflows and initiatives.
• Assist to resolve issues and requests from BLM
• Signage – Order well signs for Texas and New Mexico properties as required by state agencies.
• Assist Regulatory Professionals to prepare and organize mailout of certified mail for various types of compliance notifications.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Professional for BLM compliance.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Professional to ensure reclamation projects completed as required by BLM
• Assist with special projects as needed.
