A major oil and gas operator is looking for an Interview Coordinator to support operations in Bartlesville, OK to work on a M-F, 9/80 schedule. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension.
Key Accountabilities
• Schedules candidate interviews.
• Provides support to a team of recruiters.
• Assists with job postings.
• Utilizes strong interpersonal and written communication skill.
• Accurately maintains computerized recruitment activity.
• Possesses knowledge of recruiting activities such as advertisement, recruitment, selection and placement, training and orientation principles, basic compensation, employee relations, and other principles.
• Have strong communication and time management skills.
• Maintains confidentiality, utilizes discretion and good judgment.
• Must have experience in prioritizing work and handling multi-tasks in a high paced work environment.
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
• Entry level, typically 0-3 years of experience.
• Requires basic knowledge of discipline.
• Uses established procedures to solve standard, straight-forward problems.
• Has the ability to perform routine assignments based on detailed instructions/past practices.
