Description:
This position is responsible for administrative and operational activities supporting the client's workforce and the Corporate Human Resource Department. In this position you will be both employee facing and administer HRIS (SAP) systems changes.
Job Responsibilities Include:
• Engage with employees to navigate questions on a variety of topics such as payroll, benefits, staffing, policy, and company programs
• Coordinate with HR departments to research and resolve inquiries
• Identify and recommend process and program improvements
• Schedule and conduct new hire orientation including assisting with I9 processing/ paperwork
• Audit and maintain employment records
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Maintain data in The Client's Human Resources systems which includes SAP, SuccessFactors and LawLogix
• Audits HRIS data, troubleshoots and makes necessary corrections
• Demonstrates high level of confidentiality with employee data
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of HR related experience strongly preferred
• General and applied knowledge of human resources programs and employment laws preferred
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office required; SAP HCM experience is required
• Must have good written and verbal skills
