We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join. As a Field Technician with at least 5+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers and the success of our operations.
Technical Expertise:
-Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field, with proficiency in PLC program knowledge, including logic troubleshooting and repair.
-Familiarity with Allen Bradley systems is a must.
-Additionally, demonstrate expertise in working with field devices and Hart communicators.
This candidate will perform maintenance and service tasks for customers in assigned territory. Understand customer requirements and accordingly recommend the right products or services. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Document processes. Provide training to customers about product usage and maintenance. Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems. Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings. Build positive relationships with customers.
Work Schedule:
- The schedule for this position is 7 days on and 7 days off, working from Wednesday to Tuesday each week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while supporting operational needs.
