A major oil and gas operator is looking for a Facilities Engineer to support operations in Greeley, CO on a flexible hybrid 9/80 schedule (Monday and Friday at home, Tuesday through Thursday in office). Work Hours: Monday-Thursday 8 AM-5 PM, Every other Friday 8 AM-4 PM

The main function of the Facilities Engineer is to manage retrofits and troubleshooting from design to execution on onshore Upstream production facilities. Ideal candidate has Upstream onshore facilities experience.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
• Develop engineering design from blank page to completed construction drawings and specifications.
• Actively participate in MOC, PHA/HAZID, & design review processes.
• Design and selection of all fixed equipment.
• Manage facilities projects, including planning, cost estimating, and construction walkdowns.
• Provide engineering support for foremen and superintendents, including support during construction and start-up.
• Analyze problems at existing facilities and generate solutions.
• Provide input to business plan, including project recommendations, cost estimates, and economic justification.

Skills/Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in Facilities Engineering preferred.
• Up to 20% travel time to the field (30 min-2 hr drive time from the Greeley office) will be required.
• Knowledge of design, construction, and operation of Upstream and/or Midstream oil & gas surface processing facilities, including flowlines, valving, separation, pumps, compressors, automation, electrical, etc.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, ASME and API specs, and well behavior as related to facilities.
• Demonstrated strong project management skills with the ability to execute on-time and on-budget.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.

Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's in a related engineering field required
