Roles & Responsibilities 
• Creates, organizes, updates / maintains information management records; scans and digitizes more advanced
documents / technical data.
• Provide administrative support to the Tech Safety Team
• Prepares and maintains project and program status updates
• Prepare communications such as emails, reports, and other correspondence
This role will be accountable for the reliability, irretrievability and traceability of data associated with Process and
pipeline safety programs, compliance-critical items, and engineering projects. Ensuring that each applicable metadata
field is accurately updated and maintained in each system of record. Preparing accurate status reporting based upon the
metadata designations and submitting at the determined frequency (per project basis). Alignment with the Document
Control standards and ensuring any deviations due to project-specific needs are controlled and traceable.
Providing back-up document control support as needed on other projects
Skills: Intermediate to expert proficiency in SharePoint, MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Office 365 suite. Outstanding
organizational skills and detail oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication. Must be flexible and able to adapt
to changing work priorities, and deliver high quality, accurate work on time. Proficient ability to learn new computer
software programs quickly.
Experience with, and comprehension of, deliverables management (revision control, deliverables registers, squad
checking and libraries. Experience with, and comprehension of, transmittals and correspondence management.
Experience in implementing document management systems to support physical and electronic environments. Ability to
converse and convey ideas, facts and issues clearly, accurately, coherently and professionally to a diverse project team.
Ideal Education/Experience: 5-7 years direct experience
