Responsibilities: Analyze, calculate, and maintain record title ownership and division of interest utilizing title opinions, leases, deeds, probate proceedings, curative, etc. Establish, update and maintain joint interest billing and revenue decks. Verify company interest and third-party division orders. Collaborate with Land Operations, Law, F&A and other departments to ensure “whole team” success. Assist with acquisition, divestiture, due diligence, internal/external audits, data conversion and other special projects. Professionally and competently respond to royalty owner inquiries through telephone, written or electronic communication. Seek opportunities to innovate, continuously improve our processes and look for new efficiencies and better ways of doing things.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required (Energy Management, Energy Commerce, Accounting majors preferred). Juris Doctorate and MBAs also preferred2 + years of experience working as a division order analyst at an oil and gas exploration and production company. Candidates with experience in closely related fields such as land professionals, lease analysts and title attorneys will also be considered.
