Development Execution Analyst

  A major oil and gas operator is looking for a Development Execution Analyst to support operations in Horseheads, NY  to work on a M-F schedule working 8 hrs a day, 40 hrs a week. This is a 12 month contract opportunity with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities include:

• Working knowledge and proficient use of Ecosys to control & manage project costs.
  • Creation of new projects, use of templates for import, monthly data maintenance processes, reporting tools
• Process and reporting of financials, budget preparation &re forecast.
• Assist execution team in gathering, verifying, validating, and analyzing data in support of project controls reporting.
• Knowledge and usage of SAP, especially regarding purchase orders/committed costs,VoWD, & actual work flows.
• Excel advanced user, with ability to create advanced functions, management of data, reports, etc.
• Ability to create and update executive level presentations.
• Knowledge of unconventional Oil & Gas Operations desired
• Confidence to interact effectively with different areas of the organization.
• Capacity to thrive in a high pressure, time-sensitive environment.
• Knowledge of Project Management and Large Capital Projects
