Data Entry Associate

Key Accountabilities • Collaborates with MOC coordinate on MOC Process • Provides guidance and/or assistance for MOC implementation, and conducts MOC process analysis • Implements and monitors the approved MOC Process throughout assigned areas • Supports the document change management process • Provides support to MOC Process participants during the creation and processing of MOC notifications • Works with other MOC support teams to ensure that development, modifications, questions, problems or concerns regarding the approved MOC Process are successfully resolved • Develops and generates SAP reports on the status and progress of all assigned MOC notifications • Reviews and assures quality in final project handover package • Coordinates and records with Document Control Coordinators the statistic of MOCs and associated PSSR Required • Requires basic knowledge of MS Office • High school Graduate or Equivalent • 1 years of SAP DATA entry experience Preferred Skills and Experience • 3 years of SAP DATA entry experience • Uses established procedures to solve standard, straight-forward problems • Has the ability to perform routine assignments based on detailed instructions/past practices
