A major oil and gas operator is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support operations in Oklahoma City, OK on a M-F schedule working 8 hrs a day, 40 hrs a week. This is a 12 month contract with the potential for extension.
BASIC ACCOUNTABILITY
Works under minimal supervision, and responds to inquiries regarding contracts and insurance questions. Issues contracts and handles related processes.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, or other related Business field
EXPERIENCE
Requires a minimum of 3 years of related industry experience in Contract Administration; industry experience preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and revise contracts
• Work with supplier, corporate, and field personnel to answer questions, expedite concerns, provide system analysis, and locate information
• Audit, report, analyze, edit and maintain contract, insurance and EHS information
• Troubleshoot and maintain contract lifecycle management system
• Issue and re issue agreements and handle related processes
• Issue purchase orders as needed
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Practice safe work habits at all times
• Intermediate Level computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible, multi tasked oriented and able to work independently
• Able to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
